Earlier this year, after a brief battle with cancer, Cincinnati lost Jim Hennessey, a craft beer pioneer. Jim Hennessey was a 12 year Associate at Ohio Valley Wine and Beer Company. On April 8th, Ohio Valley is hosting a festival & concert at The Woodward Theater in Over-the-Rhine to honor Jim and help support his family. There will be plenty of cool beers on tap as befitting the man’s legacy. Tickets are $20 at the door. The event is strictly cash only. He is survived by his beloved wife Maryanne and two daughters, Alyson and Kat. All proceeds go to support his family.
